Jumbo cinnamon sugar cookies that are perfectly crisp on the outside and perfectly soft in the middle.  If you happen to misplace them, they are still just as soft on day two.   We think this may be the case on day three but this has never been able to successfully tested due to the fact that they have not lasted three days before eaten up.
